Weather Policy

If weather forces a declared state of emergency, Weber State University closes the campus or if the performers are unable to get to the theatre we will advise you at that time as to whether the performance has been canceled, and what options are available to you. It may be difficult to reach us by phone in this situation; we ask that you instead visit our home page, where we will immediately post notice of any show cancellation or postponement. For information about cancelations, or closures of campus, please refer to our Emergency Alert Page.

Equal Access

In order to ensure that individuals with disabilities have the same opportunities to participate in, and benefit from, the Department of Performing Arts performances, all wheelchair locations and their adjacent companion seat will be held for purchase exclusively by wheelchair or scooter users until the last non-wheelchair accessible location/seat is sold. At that time, all wheelchair locations are released for sale on a first-come, first-served basis to both wheelchair and non-wheelchair users. For more information visit Accessibility Information.
